my vehicle spent more than 40 days in repair then I had to return 2 more times for details the person who handled my case did not work in the best way the same with everything related to insurance the spare parts and all that

There was some debris stuck in the paint on the inside of the doors replaced and the welding seems like it wasn’t sanded down enough or something before painting over because so of the paint is peeling up. The car looks great from the outside but once the doors are open you can see the paint mishaps.

The repairs were done very well. It took longer than expected but that was due to Geico slow to respond. We have used Caliper Collision several times, this is the first time at the Hunter Chase location and we were very pleased.

Overall great experience, just would have liked a bit more communication and accuracy about the expected completion time. Understand that the work duration may be a bit hard to estimate, but would have liked a few updates about progress and with expected completion time along the way.
