I don’t know. I was not thrilled with my latest experience.

While in the end the repairs were completed well, the process to get there was not smooth. I was told the vehicle was ready when in fact it was not. Nobody used critical thinking or a careful eye to assess the damaged areas before calling to say the work was done. This wasted everyone’s time and caused me to miss additional work hours.

Everyone was friendly enough. The disappointment comes from the work team and advisor not actually using their eyes to look at and assess the damaged area and ensure it has been totally repaired before telling the customer it is ready for pick up.
