Overall good service and communication. Car was a little dirty nothing on the inside but nothing egregious, more annoying than anything else as I just had it detailed before taking it in.

The job performed appears excellent, but it took almost 3 months to complete at a 2000$ rental car bill. The accident occurred at 3 mi per hour but required almost 3 months to repair. Also, whenever I called to get updates it too a very long time on hold and often ended up with voicemail with delay in return call or no return call. I was told one more week left for far over a month. The job was well done, but I have had much more damage on vehicles repaired in far less time. Extremely frustrated at the significance of the delay to repair.

Cole and Kevin were a huge help in fixing a pretty deep and awful scratch on my beautiful car. When I got the finished repair the car looked like nothing ever happened to it. I would trust Caliber Collision with repairing the most complex issues with my car time and time again. Their pursuit of perfection was highly impressive and they did it all in a respectable time.

I had a great experience with Cole and his team at Caliber Collision. After my collision, they gave me a fair and honest evaluation of my bumper damage. Cole was incredibly patient with all my questions regarding aftermarket vs OEM parts and kept me updated throughout the entire repair process. I was worried about being taken advantage of by the insurance company, but Cole advocated fairly for everyone involved and made sure everything was handled properly. Sofia, the representative, was kind and professional, which made the whole experience even better. The entire process was smooth and resolved in a timely manner. I really appreciated the transparency and professionalism. Highly recommend this team if you ever need auto body repairs!
