Very clear communication all along the way. Unexpected problems were explained and fixed. Very professional from start to finish. Jed even drove me over to car rental to get my loaner which I then dropped off at Caliber when I picked up my car.

The repair and customer service were fine. Only a few minor conditions in the car lower one point. Exterior very dusty. Parts left in back seat. Masking tape left around gas cap.
