This is my second time using Caliber, first time using this location. It took a little longer getting things going initially, but that was in part of the insurance company. One they had my vehicle, they kept me up to date on every step. They finished my car a week earlier than expected and even repaired a scratch that was not involved in the accident, for free. (As it was close to the damage itself). I will always recommend Caliber.
