This is complicated. The person who handled my repairs, David, was amazing and I'd give him a 10. But the manager of the caliber collision off of Ben white blvd in Austin was awful! I spoke with 3 different people to schedule my repairs on a Monday at 8 am. When I got there they said they were booked and couldn't take my vehicle for repairs. The manager told me because I didn't know the specific name of the person I talked to on the phone he couldn't help me out. Worst service I ever received. Just because he couldn't repermand one of his employees he was willing to let a customer suffer.
