The care looks like new, they also replaced my trailer hitch with a comprarable new one that is perfect. They were polite, called me to give me updates and got the car done ahead of schedule even though the damage was far worse than first expected.

After I brought my car in for an estimate, I understood that someone would get back in touch with me regarding when to bring it in for repairs. After 10 days, no one had gotten in touch with me. I had to call and see when I could bring it in, which ended up being a week after the date I called.
