I ranked this a nine leaving open the possibility that internal communication failures might occur as they did in my case. In other words, I would not hesitate to tell a friend or colleague that Caliber Collision will do a great job with your repair, but I cannot wholeheartedly guarantee that there might not be other issues due to partner agreements, like with the actions of the rental car company coupled with no information being provided to me, no updates on dropoff day of why I was waiting so long, just the feeling of being strung along with promises of 15 more minutes. I want to give you honest feedback. If it had not been for my experience on drop off day, then I would provide a 10 as my response here.

There were hiccups on the first day due a long unexplained wait I endured despite having a CC preset appointment, with a promise the rental car agency partner would efficiently take the reigns from Caliber Collision to get me on my way that day. It seems though internal communication failed with the partnership with the car rental place (I trusted you to have this worked out behind the scenes without me having to suffer or to to call around to hunt down updates and information after I'd grown frustrated with sitting an unacceptable length of time); this led to a very poor, frustrating experience for me initially. However, the branch manager at Caliber Collision took my dilemma into his own hands and eventually personally drove me over to pick up my reserved rental car at the location (which had been changed unbeknownst to me and apparently not communicated well internally between Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Caliber Collision). I ranked this as a 9 because of the above and beyond actions the manager at Caliber Collision undertook to mitigate the missed expectations and to salvage some degree of customer satisfaction for me that day. On the day of pick up, I was absolutely pleased with the person who had assisted me throughout and found everyone to be kind and efficient and the car looked great.

Repair itself is good. Right side tire been consistently having low tire pressure after filling with air, wondering if there is gap or problem with tire that was not addressed. Otherwise looks great

Edward was amazing! He went above and beyond by driving me to pick up my rental car when they were too busy to come pick me up. He kept me posted every step of the way and finished my car a week ahead of schedule. I will definitely use Caliber Collision at this particular location again.
