Tyrell did a FANTASTIC and FAST job of getting my car in and out of the shop, and it looks terrific. This was the second time this year that someone rear-ended me, and I was so relieved that Tyrell made the extra effort to work me into his busy schedule right away. It took a week to get an appointment and then they had to order the part. That took another week plus two days to complete the repair. It was minor repair so I was OK.
