Communication was great but the job was rushed and not done correctly how I would’ve liked it to be. I picked up the car in less than a week and I thought everything looked great until I starting looking at the job more closely and it was not done how it should’ve been done. A bit disappointed because I took time out of my day and had a rental out of pocket for the job to not be done the way it should’ve gone.

Brian and team are exceptional and because of their excellent service, attention to detail, clear communication and expertise I will now be a loyal customer to Caliber. This was my first time with Caliber and I’ve always had tough experiences with body shops. My car had extensive damage and Brian did everything he could to help me get my car repairs done as fast as possible, frequently updating me on the progress and ensuring the cat was in tip top shape when it was ready. Truly amazing experience and I will definitely be spreading the word.
