Everyone was so nice and polite. Shannon who works the from desk was nice an accommodating. The service advisor was great too. He kept in touch and I knew where my car was at every stage. It also was ready a day earlier than expected! That was a bonus! The manager was nice when he greeted me to pick my car! The work was awesome too and my car was so clean when I picked it up! Satisfied customer!

Everyone was so friendly, the lady at the front desk was very welcoming and polite. The service advisor was very nice and always let me know where my car was in the repair. My car was also ready a day early!

Larry Powers provided outstanding customer service. Larry was responsive, well informed, and thorough. He went out of his way to help facilitate an insurance claim (ACCC insurance) with a hostile insurer. He was extremely helpful in moving claims and repair process along and ensuring full rental car reimbursement. Larry went above and beyond what was required of him. The customer service experience alone makes me recommend the Caliber Collusion location.

Top notch people working at this location. Larry, a manager, treated me as if my car was his very own car getting fixed. And he personally kept me updated on the progress. The gal answering the phone is nice & very efficient. The whole staff is kind! Honestly, their goal is customer satisfaction & I'm so glad I took my car there for collision repair.

The bumper is not secure underneath car. I will return it to Collision as soon as I have time. I work in education so this is a very busy time of year for me

My car was approved by USAA for drop off since it was considered to be not driveable. I kept being moved from one Caliber location to another before I convinced the third location to take my car. The location where I had the car repaired, the staff were very pleasant and easy to work with
