Roy kept me informed through out the entire repair of my vehicle. The only thing bad about the experience is it was one day late getting completed. Otherwise a Good experience all around. I would recommend Caliber Collision to anyone needing their vehicle repaired after an accident. Oh one other thing is I think Caliber Collision should take Cash if a customer wanted to pay their deductible in Cash. That is all!

Excellent timeliness in repairing the vehicle ahead of schedule. Vehicle seems almost brand new, is running great so far, and cleaned up. Just needed to the car back on the road mostly for essentials so the service and amount of repairs exceeded my expectations.

I am very picky and I could not find one thing wrong with the work on my Passport. It is flawless. The service from Roy was outstanding. He answered my many questions and helped me fully understand the process. Very meticulous and exceptionally kind. The woman at the front desk was also extra nice. The repairs looked great. They clearly let me know what I needed to do for upkeep and it was a surprise and delight that my car was so clean when I got it back. I've never had that service from a repair shop so it was a cherry on top of my car repairs looking great.
