From the minute I dropped my vehicle off I was immediately taken care of. Roy answered all of my questions and concerns and kept me up to date every Tuesday and Thursday as he said he would and even provided me with updates in between. The best part about this whole process was that my Cadillac was done a whole week before the promised date and I was still able to use my car in my daughter's graduation photo shoot.
