An easy, quick experience! Roy and the team had my repairs done well before initially quoted. They were efficient, communicative, and provided a great experience. Hopefully I don’t need any more repairs, but I’d definitely go to caliber for them in the future!

I love how I was updated every step of the way; good news or bad, I was able to give my management an update on our fleet truck at anytime throughout the process because of the updates I was receiving. And if I had any additional questions, I could always call or email. Everyone was also very sweet.

Second time having my car repaired at the Shelby location, first experience was just as great as the second. The manager Bryan is always professional, attentive and stays in communication. My repairs are always speedy and any delays are always thoroughly explained. Front desk is always friendly and respectful. Only feedback is they sometimes don’t respond to texts but are very prompt with phone calls and will immediately call you back / leave voicemail if they can’t answer but usually do answer :)
