First, they did not provide any communication about the repairs during the duration of the service. Second, when they returned the car, they stated the battery had needed to be jumped but was fine to drive. However, the battery had actually completely died. I spent the rest of the day waiting for roadside assistance and taking the car to get a new battery, losing income from work that day. I was told by the repairman that the battery likely died to the car not having been driven around over the course of the two weeks it was at Caliber for repair. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received throughout my experience with Caliber.
