Caliber is consistent with their customer service. We originally went to the Pflugerville location and the team was super friendly and helpful and directed us to the Luxury Center for repairs on our Tesla and gave us an idea of what to expect with repairs and insurance. When we got to that location we were greeted by friendly people and left feeling like our car was in good hands. They helped navigate through getting a rental, the claims process and timelines. Excellent job Caliber team!

Had my car repaired at Caliber's luxury location (78758) and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Jasmine was my point of contact and she was excellent. What stood out most: getting parts for my car was genuinely complicated, but I was kept informed at every single step. I always knew what was happening, what was delayed, and when to expect my car back. No chasing, no surprises. The repair was done on time and the quality is top-notch. If you want a shop that does great work and actually keeps you in the loop, this is the place. Five stars, highly recommend.

It took almost 2 months to get my car fixed which was much longer than I had hoped based on previous estimates. However, the last couple weeks the support I’ve received has been much better and I’m now happy with the results after the team took it to the Volvo dealership to ensure the most experienced technicians were able to make the final calibrations and carry my car repairs over the finish line.

This place was amazing, STEVE took great care of my car. He made sure to keep me updated on everything that was going on. He asked my input as well as gave his professional advice. He took care of my car with such a great love and passion that cars deserve. I would recommend to use them and allow Steve to make it an unforgettable experience.
