My vehicle was not returned to me in the same condition as it was when I dropped it off. My vehicle was returned with scratches and paint chipped in spots which were made by the collision center while being repaired. Also they detailed my vehicle without asking permission and the chemicals that were used on my windows put holes in my tint. I am extremely dissatisfied and if the problem is not rectified I will definitely seek Legal Counsel.

He even offered to buff out some red paint from a drive thru bump I did years before. The car was cleaner when I got it back than when it started! It was such a great surprise!

external repair was excellent-however, there was white heavy dust/residue inside the liftgate lid and in and around the seal.
