Communication could have been better. Was told it would take a week after dropping off on Monday. Then received a text late Thursday saying it would be almost another week. Called Friday to confirm they needed another week, was told yes. At 5:23 pm I received a text saying my car was ready for pick up and that they closed at 6pm. I had to rush to get gas in the rental car before turning it in, then rush to Caliber to pick up my car. Still not sure how we went from needing another week to my car being finished in such short amount of time. Quality of work looks good so far, communication on timeline could have been better.

Communication was poor. Was told at drop off Monday I would be called later for a time table. I called Wednesday because I hadn’t heard from anyone and was told it would be Friday or Monday. Thursday afternoon I received a text saying my car wouldn’t be done for a week. I called Friday for an update and was told the service advisor would call me back. Received a text at 5:23 pm Friday evening saying my car was finished and they closed at 6 pm and closed Saturday and Sunday. I had to rush to return the rental car and pick up my car in 30 minutes.

This has to be the best collision shop in the state of Indiana . My 14 focus hatchback has been hit twice now , and both times my jaw dropped at the results . When these guys say “like it never happened” , promise you they are not joking and the turn around time was a WEEK and a half
