I am not satisfied. Inside was unclear. Long lead time and incorrect and incomplete repair.

Long lead time for repair took four weeks , incomplete repair, after completed repair did not do final inspection. I was injected three times repairs. Finally mangers check and fix my repaired

Scored a 5 due to when I dropped my car off my radio was not the issue however I left with now a radio issue and lines at the top of my screen. I went in for a rear end damage. The bumper looks great but now I have a different problem. Which I'm deeming that came from you guys. A repair of 1600 for something that was not an issue before going in the shop.
