Staff was pleasant and helpful. There was an issue with after the fact, however. After pickup, I found a few days later, that my trunk was filled with soapy water. I don't know if it was left open during the cleanup process or what happened, but it started causing my car to smell bad with wet rubber in the spare tire well.

We had a couple of things that needed to be corrected. Jacob took care of them. We still have a piece of trim. We are considering changing because of some wind noise. Jacob has done a very nice. Job of taking care of us.

Everyone was very kind to work with. I really like the system. You have where I get daily updates. Nice to know what is going on in a day-to-day basis. My vehicle got done almost a week ahead of the schedule they had given me which was fantastic.
