I was very satisfied with the work that was done on my car. The staff was excellent..I got updates often and the ladies at the desk were very nice and also answered any questions that I had. I felt like they were all on the “same page” and very professional.

Everyone was very kind to work with. I really like the system. You have where I get daily updates. Nice to know what is going on in a day-to-day basis. My vehicle got done almost a week ahead of the schedule they had given me which was fantastic.

Even after you received the full claim amount, you still did not fully repair my car. It is still displaying a BSM warning sign, which was not present before.
