Service was great. I really appreciated the regular calls with the status of the repairs. Everyone was professional and helpful with any questions I had. My only concern is that because my car was drivable, it is possible that I could have kept it prior to the repairs. I understand that perhaps I should have rented a car to avoid any of the problems in not having the car. Perhaps clarity on the necessity to rent a car if it is covered by insurance would be more helpful.
