I was told the part was a New part, just to found out after reading the paperwork that they bought a use part from a junk yard place, while glass go down is a noise and glass go up is a noise, like something is loose inside the door. Also the seat belt cover was off. Ask to pickup car a 5 p.m. call back to talk to Biron he is gone home.

After all the issues with the shop I cannot recommend this shop to anyone I know because I really don't have any trust In the shop and the way they conduct themselves.

I was told by insurance adjuster that they did pay for a New door while the shop install a LKQ door after speaking with Byron the estimator in the shop he mention that toyota didn't make the part anymore, so I make some phone call and toyota still makes the part and the door price is 1081 and the insurance pay 4110.57 which from that money only 1788 was going to be use for the labor. Hopefully I never get any issues with this door but the dishonestly is not good specially in a business that is all over United States.
