Everyone on staff has been pleasant and helpful. You have made what could be a tough inconvenience so much easier, including with paperwork. You went above and beyond! I did not expect my car to br fully cleaned- what a pleasant surprise (and apologies for the mess I left the interior in)! My car looks great! I also appreciate how you simplified the rental process by having a rep present. The wait area is nice as well-very hospitable. Thank you

These people are a bunch of frauds , would never recommend anyone about them, was a horrible experience, chrges are very high as they think that because the insurance is paying why not rip off. They also have the Enterprise staff at site who also benefits from this , the delay in giving back the vehicle benefits them, all hand in hand: viscous chain , be ready to be sucked right in
