Jeremy was great to work with from beginning to end. He was thorough with the estimate and gave timely updates on my car repair. I highly recommend Caliber Collisions with Jeremy!

While the process took a few days longer than anticipated, Jeremy was great - kept me posted and did a great job with the repair.

I had one issue with my repair there is a long scratch on my tail gate that was not painted front the accident there was tape and plastic covering that area before the repairs to protect the brake lights from the weather prior to the repair I'm highly not satisfied with work that was done to my car after they had my car for a month

Two things: 1. The documentation steps seemed to be forgotten for adjusting the 3rd party appraisal estimate as required by the insurance, resulting in payment issues and a large out of pocket expense from me to pickup my car while I wait for the issue to be resolved with insurance/appraiser. 2. The repair is okay, but not great. The mirror housing and internal assembly don't quite have a good fit, so there is a clear gap in how the internal mirror assembly slots into the external side mirror housing structure.

I need to file a formal regional grievance. A technician at your Maryland shop committed unauthorized property damage by drilling into a new bumper against written confirmation, and the shop manager, Ted, is ignoring the email communicated proof.
