very satisfied, but I had left a carton of eggs in my car that I had forgotten to take in after grocery shopping the day before, and you did not need to keep those there for the whole month of repair lol

Because of the way things were communicated my wife and I were inconvenienced as we had to change weekend plans to accommodate picking up the vehicle only for parts to fall off of the car less than 24 hours later. For fear of anything getting worse on the road we had to drastically change our schedule for the weekend. The receptionist was apologetic about the situation and was very helpful moving forward. In my opinion if you had just taken the weekend to inspect the car properly this could have been avoided
