They took care of my total insurance claim repair including work they did themselves on the car body and seamlessly coordinating both the car detailing to remove every speck of the shattered glass and the car rental. And, they stayed late on a holiday weekend so I could pick up my car. They also communicated with me every step along the way. Everyone there was fabulous!

My only comment is that you need to communicate better on changes to the schedule/pickup. Specifically, providing an update on a delay the day of the promised repair is not helpful when people have already rearranged their schedule.

Felix is the absolute best. I couldn’t believe how my car looked when I dropped it off. Returning to pick it up was incredible. My car looks amazing! Definitely ask for Felix!
