After picking up my car from the repair shop, I have noticed several issues, including a panel alignment issue in the fender (which they charged 5.5 hours for repairing), chipped paint, and the front license plate was not reinstalled. In addition, they originally estimated one week to make the necessary repairs, but my vehicle was not ready for almost three and a half weeks. I contacted the shop and they are taking another look at it, but I wanted these concerns documented. I am extremely disappointed.

They never told me why my vehicle was delayed. They never once apologized and were difficult when I couldn’t pick my car up during the workday.
