Deborah was really great to work with. Her prompt and frequent communication about the entire process from start to finish was great and kept my mind at ease. My request to use an OEM front lower control arm being granted was also a plus. Overall I had a really good experience and would definately consider coming back again to get work done with or without insurance.

They did a great job on my mom's Scion XD many years ago when she got into an accident and their repair job looked great on her car. It made me already familiar with their work so I ended up choosing Caliber myself.

Deborah did a really great job at keeping me up to date with the entire process and worked seamlessly with the insurance company. With my lowered car they were willing to take it over to my shop of choice which was amazing that they worked that out with the insurance company. They also used OEM replacement parts which was a huge bonus. Their overall work made it look like the accident never happened. Overall Caliber and Deborah did a really good job! I would not hesitate to return.
