Deborah was amazing! We had an "easy" repair for the front end of the SUV, but had a few other issues pop up (rodent issues, seatbelt and module breakdowns). With every issue, Deborah had excellent communication, quick responses and was more than willing to help us out to come to a resolution. I am more than pleased with the final outcome, as I know that Caliber Collision absolutely did all they could to exhaust every avenue to get my vehicle back to me in pre-collision condition. Bonnie at the front desk was personable, friendly, and quickly introduced me to my Service Advisor Hannah. Hannah took excellent care of me. She informed me as to what was to be done and consistently kept me aware of the progress and the timeline of the repairs. I received my repaired car prior to the original estimated completion date (but still would have preferred it a little sooner). My car looks great and it appears everything was repaired to high standards. I was very pleased with my experience with Caliber Collision.

Everything looks great and even looked like they cleaned my car a bit! Only bummer for me is on the driver door the control panel for the windows and locks don’t seem to always work now and now the passenger window and the rear driver window won’t roll down anymore.
