When I got my car back everything was amazing, yesterday my son got in my car (passenger) and the seat belt was broke.... so he had to ride in the back seat, when I brought it in it worked 😩

Overall I would say the experience was good. The best part was that Caliber Collision uses text based messaged to keep you informed of the repairs. There were some things to improve on, including letting the customer know if the estimate is going to take longer than 1 to 2 days. We didn't hear from Caliber Collision until after 3 days of the car being dropped off; we were told that the initial estimate could take the whole day and possibly not be ready until the next morning. Another thing that was not the best was when we got the car back the tail light was not quite in all the way, but they fixed it right away. However, we had to return again because one of the fasteners was not put back in when they took off the bumper cover. Again, they fixed it right away. So, the only thing to improve in this case is just have a little more "attention to detail." I would expect this with any auto body shop. Besides those minor issues with the car, the repair shop has friendly and professional people working there.

They did an absolute best job on my car. I loved that they stayed in touch with me daily to let me know about updates. Extremely friendly professional and courteous staff.
