First time taking car in for front bumper repair my nav screen stoped working when it was in possession of caliber collision. When I was told it wasn’t there fault and I would have to pay to get it looked at I put a complaint in. The manager called back and said they would pay for diagnostics to see what happened. When they dropped it off at the dealership they just told the dealership to see if it was accident related but the manager and I had already figured out it wasn’t accident related due to it working for 2 weeks before I dropped it off. They didn’t even ask the dealership if it could have been caused by them. I have been given the run around and am disappointed in the lack of responsibility taken with. It seems like they are just trying to wear me out so I will give up.
