they fixed my bumper but my nav screen stopped working while they had my car and they said it wasn’t them so they refused to pay to fix it.

I communicated to the Caliber Collision Representative twice about detailing my vehicles interior to be cleaned and detailed from the vehicle break-in. Upon looking at my vehicle’s interior at pick up I noticed pieces of glass. This was most disappointing after communicating this important aspect of my vehicles repair to your Collision Representative twice.

A client is respected and valued. We received daily input while our car was being repaired. The staff is sincere and very trustworthy. I would recommend this company to all those that need repairs for the damages to their vehicles. Becky was the lead individual with whom we worked.
