When I dropped my car off, the estimator said it would take about three days. It ended up taking almost three weeks! Plus my Lexus Enform status alert was triggered on a Sunday showing that it had been unlocked and opened, but the shop was closed on that day. Not sure what to make of that.

Cha and the whole team at Caliber was great to work with. I was continually kept apprised throughout the entire process and I felt confident leaving my car there. Though the repair work was needed because someone backed into my car, I will definitely keep Caliber in mind should I need future repairs done.
