Didn’t include all the repairs needed in estimate. Went to pick up car and there was still chipped paint and a crack in bumper. When pointed out at pick up they said it wasn’t part of accident even though the accident was to bumper, rear panel, and rear light and was pointed out at the appointment for estimate.
