You guys did an excellent job 110% car back end looks practically brand new! Thank you for holding my checkbook for me when I came back to pick it up because it fell out of my pocket in the car thank you so much for your service I will recommend you and in the future with anymore help with my cars

They repeatedly tried to get me to drop my insurance claim so I would just go through them without insurance, literally were not taking my “no” as an answer until I called and informed my insurance agent of this. No secure way to pay online. Asked for me to read all of my credit card information over the phone to them and they wrote it down my card account number on a piece of paper compromising the security of my card. I had to ask repeatedly for copies of the paperwork from dropping of my vehicle since they didn’t give me proof they had my vehicle, no receipt on the beginning, and also had to call multiple times to request the photos of my fixed vehicle and also of their I take photos. Absolutely would not recommend due to how suspicious this whole experience was with this location. Hannah and her manager failed to make this a safe and easy process.
