Everyone was kind & easy to talk to. My car was repaired quickly & even was cleaned inside & out! I appreciated the option of pre-ordering parts before I dropped my car off for repairs. Hannah was great & explained everything well. She's always running every time I went to the shop! 🙂

Deborah and the rest of the office staff were able and ready to help out about getting my vehicle repaired , how long it would take, a cost estimate, help with a rental and the rest of the paperwork. They also provided me updates, some every day others in a couple days

I had to point out where my new bumper was not quite connected. The issue was immediately solved by the employee who just pushed the parts together until they clicked in to place, but the issue is that I had to point it out.

The communication process was horrible due to constant issues with text messages and calls going to the wrong phone number. There was also a huge mix up with an appointment that got cancelled and moved to a different location. It was all very frustrating.

Deborah was awesome with her regular, and pertinent updates. There was a side mirror repair I had done which was outside of the actual body work. Deborah handled this piece extremely well also!
