From the very first day I met the front office staff,Tabatha, she was reassuring and exceptional in customer service. I was introduced to Michael who did an overview of the car reassuring once again they could repair the car to my satisfaction. I was treated with utmost respect. Once repairs had begun, I was kept inform periodically by text messaging regarding status. Overall from beginning to finish, I was totally pleased for their care and pprofessionalism.
