I was rear ended and my case was assigned to Caliber Collision off Airport Freeway in Bedford. The work that was completed was not only well done, I whole heartedly appreciate the workmanship and attention to detail performed on my vehicle. My Toyota Tundra was honestly in better condition than prior to this incident and I couldn’t be more happy with the folks at Caliber!

Everyone at Calliber is so kind and friendly. The repair was so efficient and good. They also washed my vehicle. So accommodating I would recommend them to anyone that needs a car repair.

All of the folks of Calliber Collision are so patient and kind. I appreciate how efficient and accomodating they are when coordinating a repair and a rental. I wouldn't use anyone else for auto collision repair.

The shop tried to use some after market parts that didn't fit well. I refuses to pick up my SUV..then they fixed it but there are concerns. Moreover the adjuster completely disregarded my request for a rental car. I emailed the adjuster but no response.

There are still concerns. When I raised my issues with the aftermarket parts not fitting correctly and the seams did not align. I had to listen to the shop how they had to eat the cost. Still the backup camera and glass was reused. The backup camera has a damage and I intend to bring it up.

First thing, the front desk reception & the man who's looked at my car on my first day. Very nice, Friendly & Professional. They answer every questions I had. Sergio did an excellent job on my car. He's also was very friendly, professional & answers every questions. I really appreciate the communication. I love my car(Superb job). I like caliber kept in touch with me about my car.
