I am thoroughly satisfied with the bodywork/paint job that was done on my vehicle. However, the whole roof of the inside of my vehicle was left a bit dirty with finger/handprints! I’m not sure what was touched on while the inside of my car was being vacuumed out but whomever did so left behind black finger/handprints

Customer service was great. I didn’t really have any issues with that. However, there was one small incident where there was a misunderstanding between myself and one of the workers where I had inquired about some extra work being done on the trunk of my vehicle(and the pricing) and I requested a call before proceeding with that extra work; so that I could decide if I wanted to pay whatever the cost was or not. I never received the call about the pricing/estimate for The extra work; but the work was done anyway without my permission and when I spoke to that same worker he was trying to get me to pay almost $350 for something that I never approved of. We ended up settling the situation butI didn’t appreciate that because I felt like I was trying to be swindled/bamboozledand had I been simple minded or had no backbone I would have fallen for it!
