So far so good. Sounds louder than I remember though. Steve was GREAT! Steve kept me up to date and was transparent and proactive about the delay. I appreciated that. He was super kind at pick up too. When I called about the pickup, a woman answered and went the extra mile so I could pick up my car the same day. ❤️ Last but not least, the signature in my text message (Update: Your Hyundai is complete and ready to get back to the rhythm of your life. Caliber Collision) was icing on the cake. Everyone and the system you have in place is super awesome, especially in stressful moments like this and that gave me so much peace.

Was very happy with the repair process - They were able to complete it in one day, which was ideal for my schedule (and lack of transportation). The manager had also offered to set up an Uber for me, which I had initially declined. But when I dropped off my car and sheepishly asked about the possibility of getting an Uber, I was very happy when Caliber said they could just give me a ride to and from my home. All in all, I was very, very pleased with the repair. Thank you for everything, and I’m glad I ended up at Caliber and not the Mercedes dealership (who neglected to follow up with me via e-mail—their loss).

Caliber provided excellent workmanship on my vehicle in a timely manner. Also, they provided me with transportation from and to their repair center. I would definitely use them again if any of my cars require body work in the future.
