The repair turned out great as usual, so I can't knock Caliber for that. The problems were all related to the amount of time it took to complete the repair. It took practically 2 weeks to replace 2 wheels and do an alignment. Caliber supposedly received an incorrect or sub par wheel from a supplier 3 times during my repair, the third time being while I was on my way to the shop after being told that my car was in line for wash 4 hours earlier. I understand that the wheel issue isn't entirely caliber's fault, but they should definitely reconsider this particular supplier and/or attempt to improve quality control in house to have a faster turn around on what should have been a simple repair.

Customer service was great for the most part. Other than getting a call while halfway to the shop and being told that my car was, in fact, not finished, or washed, like I had been told hours earlier.
