Good customer service but I am unhappy with repairs.

My brother is an car estimator for a major insurance company and inspected the work done. He found numerous areas where corners were cut. The rear body panel was not straightened out, and there was still a dent in the chrome piece on the liftgate. In fact, when my husband picked up the car the chrome piece was missing and they had to go grab one to stick on. I guess they bent it in the process.
