The staff at this location was awesome ! They made what was a stressful situation very relaxing. Friendly and always kept me updated with the status of my truck . Reported a problem that was addressed when estimated and told it needed to be fixed. They said it was ready, but did not fix it. Then gave a excuse, said they would follow up but heard nothing so far.

Would not fix the "spring" that is necessary for the mid space, where you put 2 drinks to keep it open, even tho it worked before the accident...Steve said you couldn't fix because "that type thing happens on a regular basis"...never had it happen before, and my best friend who owns one hasn't had it happen to her...nor the other two Cadillacs I owned prior to this one...NOT good customer service and I was shocked because I believe this was my third car to be repaired by this shop, and it was ALWAYS excellent before with absolutely no complaints, so I referred several people.
