Taking the time to explain the parts needed, showing me the total damage done and the estimate cost and importantly the estimate it will take to be completed. Caliber Collision located in Bedford off Airport Fwy at Racquet Club Blvd and Tennis Club Drive did an excellent job repairing the damage to my 2024 KIA Soul. The job took several days but not as long as first projected, and customer service and care were superb! Freddy, (you the man!), excellent claims and repair agent who examined the damage and worked up a preliminary estimate (understandably before seeing other potential damage beneath the hood), was kind and friendly and very professional and made sure everything was perfect, Emily, the front desk person, customer service rep and multi-tasking extraordinaire, so helpful all the way through the process. I highly recommend Caliber Collision at that location, and I’m sure the great service and care exists at all their many locations. Ten stars all the way. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
