I wish I could give a score of a 100 because the staff was very friendly and professional. I'm sorry I do not remember the young lady name that was at the front desk when you walk in the door but she was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I appreciated the extra steps Kim went to make sure, one I was okay about leaving my vehicle, two-keeping me updated on the status of my vehicle, three-making sure I had a replacement vehicle during reparis , and four making sure I was satsfied with all the work with a follow up conversation. Kim even took time with me in the beginning becasue she saw I was stressed about even being in an accident in the first place. You have a treasure with Kim and your front desk personnel. Thank you for taking such great care of me.
