My car repairs were excellent. I just wasn't informed when my car was ready. I could have picked it up by Friday. I did not receive the text message that said my car was finished. I waited until Monday to call. I was told it was ready. I hope Progressive will pay for the extra 3 days.

My car was ready on a Friday. I didn't find out until Monday when I got of work. For some reason I didn't receive the text message. I had to call to find out. Other than that Customer service was excellent.

Mark was a really good Service Rep. He was understanding and patient. He answered all my questions and explained what I the process entailed. The receptionist was very professional as well. I will always bring my car to Caliber Collision when I need help. The mechanics were great and fixed everything I needed. I would recommend Caliber to all friends in the future.

I was in contact with Sharon first and then Brad . Both were very quick with responses and polite. That goes a long way ! I appreciate Sharon breaking down to me what steps would be taken as far as a tow , and helping me out that first day . I was so broken-hearted when I brought my car into your shop because of the damage that was done. When I picked up my car it looked like it had just left the showroom. I could not tell that my car have been into an accident. You are too excellent work. I am very very impressed.
