Before the many redo's I would have been a 10, now I don't think I would bring my vehicles back to you and therefore not recommend you to others.

I have had two cars in, so I am not sure which this survey covers. The Honda Ridgeline repair is a 10. The Kia Soul had problems that it needed to go back twice after the initial repair. The first time the lower control arm detached from the front passenger side wheel. Luckily this happened at slow speeds and not when I was on the interstate the day before. Then after that was fixed, the paint on the front bumper was peeling off in sheets after a 90 mile drive north. You could peel off huge sheets of it like a sticker. It came off clean, showing only the OEM black plastic bumper below. Both were sorted quickly by the team, but it caused us to be without a car, much longer than expected and, as mentioned, luckily the lower control arm didn't come off at higher speeds.
