Caliber collision was very professional, and everyone was very nice. They got the vehicle out a lot quicker than what I anticipated which was great the young lady upfront and the gentleman went above and beyond!!! He walked me out and was very courteous. I’m so thankful for Mr. Dustin Poe!! I was so overwhelmed with everything that transpired with my car and the incident, and he was there for me! Mr. Dustin kept me updated with my car and insurance ordeal. I’m sure he was just doing his job, but to me it made a world of difference, and my car looks brand new!! I am beyond thankful for Caliber Collision and all their support in the process of repairing my car! Caliber Collision truly cares about the service they provide to their customers!

My car is not fixed why would I send people to a place that didn't fix all my cars issues

I usually am very satisfied with their work but not this time. My check engine light was not on immediately after my accident but after getting my car back it is now. I feel like only cosmetic things were takin care of. I went back once my check engine light came on, they ran it, then pulled it to the back and had it ready again in 10 mins. I feel like they only disconnected my battery to turn off the light because later that day my check engine light was back on. They said my insurance won't cover an alignment but my car is pulling to the drivers side which is the side most of my damages were on. I don't know if I'm getting the run around from them or my insurance or both.
