Heather Akers was my Service Advisor. She was phenomenal; she was kind, understanding, very knowledgeable, & kept me up to date with the progress of my car repair. She made sure that the repair of my car door was done in the time frame I asked for. I am very grateful that Heather was my Service Advisor.

The repairs that were done seem satisfactory. When I brought my car in for inspection, I asked to have additional repairs made and was given a verbal estimate. I verbally authorized the extra work to be done but when I picked up my car, it was not. The manager agreed that they did not complete the work and offered to pay for a car rental but I decided not to have the work done.

Although they are going through a renovation; that didn’t stop Heather and the Caliber team from delivering top notch service. Caliber at Belmont staff were very friendly, polite and helpful when I brought my car in. They worked quickly with my insurance carrier to process and complete my claim and even finished the body work for my car 3 days earlier than anticipated. I recommend this location if your vehicle is in need of repairs.

I like that they took care of everything from scheduling to drop off to scheduling enterprise to pick me up at their location. Even the text message updates were helpful. I really have zero complaints and I’m usually pretty good at finding something.
